Yes — we handle your complete holiday booking including flights, visas, hotels, transfers, and tours. Everything is taken care of under one roof. That said, the package prices listed on our website are quoted excluding flights and visa charges, as these vary based on booking date, travel dates, airline availability, and passport type. We will provide a full quote covering all components — including flights and visa fees — when we plan your trip.

What information do you need to start planning?

To get started, it helps to know your preferred destination or region, your travel dates (or a rough window), the number of adults and children travelling (and children's ages), your approximate budget, and any must-have experiences. Yes, and we love them. Multi-family trips require careful coordination — room configurations, shared activities, different dietary needs — and we handle all of it. Whether it's two families travelling together or a larger group celebration, we'll design an itinerary that works for everyone and negotiate group rates where available.

How is your pricing structured?

Our package prices are quoted land-only, per person on a twin sharing basis. They cover accommodation, private transfers, guided experiences, and activities listed in the itinerary. Flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and other personal expenses are not included in the listed price — these will be quoted separately, as they vary based on booking date, travel dates, airline availability, and individual requirements. We will always provide a clear, itemised quote covering every component before you commit to anything.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We typically require a booking deposit of 25–30% to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Cancellation terms vary by destination and supplier — we'll walk you through the specific policy for your trip at the time of booking. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices reflect the quality of accommodation and experiences we select, and we don't compromise on that. However, we do have strong supplier relationships that often allow us to include complimentary upgrades, early check-ins, or added experiences at no extra cost. If your budget is a constraint, tell us — we'll work creatively within it rather than simply cutting quality.

What is the best time of year to travel to Europe with children?

Late spring (May–June) and early autumn (September) are ideal for European family travel — the weather is warm, crowds are thinner than peak summer, and school holiday pricing hasn't kicked in. July and August are busiest and most expensive but still wonderful. For specific countries like Norway (Northern Lights) or Switzerland (skiing), winter has its own magic. We'll advise on the best timing for your chosen destinations.

Japan is one of the most family-friendly destinations in the world. It's exceptionally safe, clean, and well-organised. Children are welcomed warmly everywhere. For destinations like Japan, Schengen countries, and Australia, we'll walk you through exactly what you need and when to apply. We can also recommend trusted visa facilitation services where applicable.

What travel insurance do you recommend?

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and travel delays for all family members. We don't sell insurance directly, but we can point you towards reputable providers. Please ensure your policy covers the specific activities in your itinerary — adventure activities like safaris, skiing, or water sports may require additional cover.

We design holidays for families with children of all ages — from toddlers to teenagers. The itinerary we build is always calibrated to your children's ages and interests. Families with young children get more relaxed pacing, child-friendly accommodation, and age-appropriate activities. Families with teenagers get more adventure, independence, and cultural depth. We ask about your children's ages at the start of every enquiry for exactly this reason.

How do you ensure the holiday pace suits our family?

Pacing is one of the most important things we get right. We never over-schedule. A typical day in one of our itineraries has one or two anchor experiences with breathing room around them — time to explore, rest, or simply enjoy where you are. We also build in buffer days on longer trips. If you have a preference for a more active or more relaxed pace, tell us and we'll design accordingly.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?

Yes. We note all dietary requirements — vegetarian, vegan, Jain, gluten-free, nut allergies, and others — and communicate them to every hotel and restaurant in your itinerary. In destinations where specific dietary needs can be harder to meet (some remote safari camps, for example), we'll brief you in advance and ensure alternatives are arranged. Please share all requirements when you enquire.
